Internet copyrights of movies are property of their respective owners. All movies screened on this website were either given permission by their copyright owners or on rare occasions permissions were not asked based on the fair use doctrine. When in doubt, we tried to identify and contact the official copyright owner, who sometimes could not be located. In any case, no infringement on copyrights was meant or implied.

To evaluate in good faith the fair use, the following factors were taken in consideration.

(1) The purpose of movies screened on this site is for education
(2) The original movie is out-of-print or at the end of its commercial life
(3) The audience is different from the original movie
(4) The movie is screened in encrypted direct streaming (no downloading)
(5) The use is not diverting income from the copyright owner

(5) A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
(6) An electronic or physical signature from you.
